Update Procedure:
- Turn on the printer.
- Execute the applicable file below.
- Follow the instructions of the Updater.
If the update has failed due to unintended power cut-off or some other reason, the printer will boot in "Forced updating firmware mode" the next time you power on the product (Power LED: Flashing, Paper LED/Error LED: Off during update). If the update does not run automatically, run a manual update.
Note: These files are only compatible with Windows 11 and Windows 10 operating systems.
